MailWatcher receives portal emails, creates the enquiry and alerts the agent in charge of that property. Evenings and weekends included.
MailWatcher doesn't create a separate archive: every extracted enquiry lands in the same queue, with contact, property and agent already linked.
Licence admins see in a single table how MailWatcher performed: which enquiries it created, when deduplication kicked in and whether any scan failed.
The email has been read and the enquiry is on the platform: one click from the log opens it, with contact and source portal.
Same client writing again, maybe from another portal? MailWatcher recognises them and links them back to the existing enquiry, with no duplicates.
If an email can't be processed, it stays flagged in the log: the admin sees it straight away and no enquiry gets lost silently.
